Terms and Conditions MMC96 Platform Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mmc96 ("Platform", "We" or "Company") regarding the use of the website, mobile app and all services provided by mmc96.

By accessing or using any part of the mmc96 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, playing games or claiming bonuses — you are automatically deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.

2. Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use the mmc96 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account only at mmc96. During registration, you are required to:

• Providing complete and accurate personal information, including full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number
• Choosing a strong and unique password for your account
• Ensuring all information provided is genuine and up to date at all times

Mmc96 reserves the right to reject any registration application without stating a reason. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact our support team immediately.

Account details such as your username and password are confidential and must not be shared with any other party. mmc96 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

Mmc96 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption technology.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction
• Deposits are processed in real time via FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the name of the verified member only
• Mmc96 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 45 minutes on business days
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same member's name
• Mmc96 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any large withdrawal.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on account level and verification status

5. Bonus & Promotions

Mmc96 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has a rollover (wagering) which must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• Rollover is typically set between 5x to 20x the bonus value received, depending on the promotion type
• Claimed bonuses may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another member
• Mmc96 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, including hedge betting (arbitrage) or strategies designed to circumvent rollover requirements.
• Bonuses typically have an expiry period that must be observed — expired bonuses will not be reinstated
• Each member is entitled to claim one welcome bonus only

Mmc96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to unfairly exploit promotions may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

6. Game Rules

All games offered at mmc96 are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) which has received independent certification from an international auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Game results recorded by the mmc96 system are final and cannot be disputed
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, mmc96 reserves the right to cancel or void the affected game round
• Bets placed during a technical disruption or system failure may be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded
• The use of any automated software, bots, algorithms, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Mmc96 reserves the right to restrict access to certain games based on the user's geographic location.

7. Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and mmc96. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication system to protect your account. On your part:

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity in your account

Mmc96 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence or failure to protect their own account information.

8. Prohibitions & Penalties

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mmc96 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Identity fraud — registering using false information or another person's identity
• Money laundering — using the platform to process illicit funds
• Collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Use of third-party software — bots, automated scripts, or any tools that provide an unauthorized advantage
• Bonus abuse — exploiting the bonus system through multiple accounts or unauthorized methods
• Shared account wagering — sharing or transferring your account to another individual
• Threats or harassment — threatening or harassing staff or other users

9. Account Closure

Mmc96 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time without prior notice if a breach of these Terms is found. In the event of closure due to a breach:

• All bonus balances will be forfeited without any refund
• Valid cash balances may be held pending completion of the investigation
• Mmc96 is not obligated to disclose the reasons for account closure.

Alternatively, members may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. All valid cash balances (once all rollover requirements have been met) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

10. Responsible Gaming

Mmc96 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe online entertainment should remain enjoyable and within the player's control. To support this, we provide the following tools for all members:

11. Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or factors beyond our control
• Losses resulting from a user's negligence in protecting their account information
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game providers and payment providers

The maximum total liability of mmc96 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Amendment of Terms

Mmc96 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before changes take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

Your continued use of the mmc96 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
